Can I see the test results (COAs) for your products?

Of course you can! We post our third party lab results here on our website. The certificates of analysis (aka COAs) are listed by batch number. You will find your product's batch number on the package, immediately above the QR code.

Can I take CBD with prescription medications?

If you are taking prescription medications, we recommend you consult with your doctor before taking CBD, herbal remedies, or supplements.

How should I store product?

For best results, store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. 

How much CBD should I take?

A typical adult will start with one dropper or gel cap in the morning and one in the evening. Adjust your dose up or down as needed. Be sure to speak with your doctor, especially if you are taking prescription medication.

Is this product safe?

Like all Care By Design products, our hemp products are rigorously lab-tested for quality and safety. Every product is tested at least three times. We test the plant materials, the extracted oil, and the formulated product to ensure that your CBD is clean, pure, potent, and accurately labeled.

Will this product make me high?

Hemp-derived CBD is not psychoactive, even at large doses. However, in some people, it may cause drowsiness. If this applies to you, consider taking your CBD before bed.

What are your refund policies?

All products have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the unused portion for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at 707-757-7074 or support@carebydesignhemp.com. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). Once your returned item is received, your refund will be issued. Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

If your order has not been processed for shipment, you can cancel it by logging into your account and selecting "Orders." If your product has already been processed, you'll need to follow the steps to return the product for a refund.
